2. Refunds:

Refunds will be issued for the cost of the returned product(s) minus any applicable shipping fees.

3. Damaged or Defective Products:

Once we receive the returned item(s), we will inspect them to verify the damage or defect. If confirmed, we will issue a full refund or send a replacement product, whichever you prefer.
4. Exchanges:

Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges at this time. If you wish to exchange a product for a different item, you will need to return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
